So glad that you went and might have some answers. The other thing I thought of in the middle of the night as I wasn't sleeping either, was I went through tired all the time about ten years ago and eventually was told I had fibromyalgia, polymalgia and rheumatoid arthritis as well as the osteo and inflammatory kind. The tiredness I keep at a reasonable usually manageable level with 200mg co-enzyme Q10, not cheap but I shop around on Amazon, takes around three months to kick in but works for me. I had an appointment with my vestibular therapist at the hospital today and she asked me if I'd like a try of clinical hypnotherapy? Never had it before but I loved it, I'm so chilled I'm almost horizontal. When I go back next month she is going to record it for me so I can do it whenever I want. Best session ever, so perhaps that's an option? Apparently it works best if you have a good imagination which it seems I do.
