Accu check mobile cassette changing

I'm trying to change the cassette in my Accu check mobile, but am unable to remove the back to insert the new/remove old. The little 'switch' nearby seems stuck. Any tips, suggestions or ideas?

You need to have the bottom bit open where you put the blood, I had to look in the instructions after struggling for about 10 minutes

Thanks, Accu chek replied to my email and its all sorted now.
They suggested going through the 'tools' menu on the meter. Thanks RosieDred
