The link is a specific one, but once you are there you can search. Or you can go to the home page? and switch to the USA site. I could be looking at a wrong model. You will also have to make sure they will ship to you.

A us one will probably measure in mg not mmol. Not sure if this model allows you to switch between them.
Have you looked at other models? It’s odd for a short time when you swap but you soon adjust.
Most of the meters have both settings and you choose which you want. Because Canada measures in mmol and they are our next door neighbor, most things are just made being adaptable to either. But I agree, you should double check whatever you buy to make sure.[/QUO
