Good afternoon: it’s a fairly simple question - is anyone else having a connectivity issue with their Accu-chek Mobile and Mysugr. It works for one or two syncs before failing. I have removed, re-installed the App at least four times now which works for one or two syncs and then fails. I contacted Roche who very kindly sent me a new meter which worked for one or two syncs and then failed again. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
