Last week I purchased an accu-chek mobile from boots. today i tried to pick prescription up for more lancets to be told there is a manufactoring problem and they can't get any. i have lost receipt so it seems i have wasted £21. Has anybody else had this problem.

Hi I don't use the mobile myself, but I beleive that it uses the fastclix lancet device. You should have no problems getting a new box of lancets, If you have a presciption go to any chemists and they should have them in stock.
With regards to the lancets, you can get away with using them more than one per test, I tend to click the drum on once a week, or even less if I don't test much in any week.

I use the Mobile and Expert, and Fastclix Lancets, and i have had no problems with supply ( on prescription ) from my local chemist,
I would be supprised if boots dont keep them in stock as they sell the meter, have you tried another outlet, or Roche on line,
