Have done a search but havent found anything that will answer this question. I am a type 2 on Metformin, Ramapril and Victoza 1.2. Have taken to walking like a duck to water but the problem is the throbbing ache in both my legs and feet the left side slightly worse than the right. I also suffer with osteo arthritis in both knees hips and lower back. I try to walk at least 6 km a day and that is going very well for someone who was formerly a size 32 and now into an 18 and feeling so much better.
There is also bruising on my big toe nail on the left and the little toe on my right foot. I have excellent shoes (Timberland) also very good fitting socks....cotton.
I look forward to my beach walk every morning as does my dog but the constant ache is putting a damper on it.
