Was just wondering if anyone else struggles to get up from a sitting position and to get your legs moving without being all stiff.
I struggle even after 10 minutes, even going for a short walk my legs don't seem to have much power in them. I have type 2 insulin
dependant and also on high blood pressure tablets and two different types of statins.

I no longer have the leg problem since I gave up the statins but I have no idea if that is what is causing yours.

Have a look at the leaflets with your statin tablets, and read about the possible side effects. Do they ring any bells?

What are your blood sugars like?

Personally. If I am running high my legs feel like I've run a marathon? Even after just sitting.
