Aching legs

Hi I've had achy legs and the tops of my thigns feels like a cramp/pins and needles in both legs now for 3 days. I imagine I've just pulled a muscle maybe but also wondered if it might be my diabetes. Anybody else have this problem?

Difficult to say what the problem might be Janie, needless to say if the symptoms continue then get checked out at your Dr's.
