Acid reflux type1

Have recently been suffering with what appears to be acid reflux, not overly uncomfortable at moment but was wondering if anyone has suffered or is suffering and what you do to alleviate the condition. Haven't looked at any treatments so far.
Thanks for any advice or tips.
 
A couple of spoons of Gaviscon should alleviate it - however, I would get it checked to ensure it's nor an ulcer
 
Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, diluted in water till it's drinkable... knocks it on the head almost. right away. Used to suffer from it frequently, very rarely do I get it since using apple cider vinegar daily.
 
Go see your GP.
Gaviscon can lead to gallstones forming if you take it over a period of time.
Eat smaller meals and dont eat at least 2 hours before bed time. Use 2 pillows at night so you are not flat on bed.
