Dafydd said:My regular breakfast consists of 60gm (two eggcups) dry roasted peanuts, 2 Scandinavian Bran crispbreads with margarine and stilton cheese, and a few slices of boiled ham washed down with a cup of fresh ground coffee. Typically this raises my BG from a fasting level of 5.7 to 6.4 in one hour, and down to 5.5 after two hours, without exercise.
I am T2 63 years old current HbA1c 30 controlled by lo carbs diet and gentle exercise.
