Thanks everyone for replies. I'm still trying to work out how to use this (think I'm doing it right). I've been diabetic for almost 30 years now - I am 35. And for a while been struggling with control. It's been very erratic highs at night and if I do some correction doses it causes bad hypos (one occasion had to have a paramedic as I was out of it totally). Don't know if anyone else finds it difficult to control? I have a busy life with work and two daughters but since I've had the eye issues been signed off work for a while hoping my vision clears. And I seem to have been able to take better control of everything. When I asked the doctor about the outcome he said everyone is different some improve some will stay the same. I will deffo ask about the injection though. Got my next laser session on Friday - and then a third one booked in for Friday the 13th a week later - little bit superstitious about the Friday 13th one
