Hi . There are a lot of test meters on eBay some good ones as little as £10 . But before you buy a meter
Check the price of the test strips as they are the most expensive items . I've just got a spare meter . It is new and on here it was £49. 00 and I paid twelve on eBay . Hope this is of help

Hi . Like you I'm ok eating whole grains . I've found a company called (rude health) all the products are whole grain organic and gm free . Have a look at there website . They are a bit expensive but for me they have helped
