when I eat out, I make sure I order food without sugar ( which is freshly prepared for customers ). I always tell them : NO SUGAR IN MY DISH PLEASE, BECAUSE I AM DIABETIC. MY food has always contained SAGAR!! It's very frustrated. I wish the restaurants understand how importance not to put any sugar in food for diabetic customers They care enough about wheat, gluten allergies and salt but why not SUGAR?

Yes, I mainly avoid carbohydrate, dinner plates are full of vegetables with 2 slices of ham.
In the evenings I walk although I am tired from activities during the day, I am beginning to think: I cannot win them all.
