Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if you could help me. I recently started the low carb diet, and I have looked in the main supermarkets for Almond Flour. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Could anyone tell me where I could find this?

I bought my Almond Flour from Amazon, it arrived in a couple of days. :thumbup:

I was confused at first too and ended up buying from the internet, but Almond Flour and Ground Almonds are the same thing. All the supermarkets in my area sell Ground Almonds.

I must say I can find Ground Almonds in my supermarkets, but was not sure that was the same. Thanks for clearing that one ;-)

you can find ground almonds in the supermarkets, but it is much cheaper to get it from Aldi or Lidl if you have one close by... their fresh vegetables are cheaper as well...

Yes we do have a Lidl not far from where we are...
I have noticed their veg is cheaper, going to have a look for ground almonds ;-)

Almond flour is just ground almonds and available in every supermarket. I may be a little course grained under that label, but it is the same stuff. My food processor would grind it down finer, but I don't use it myself.
