Of peoe day they haven't got time to exercise but 5 sit ups whilst waiting for partners to bring a cuppa in bed is easy peasy!!!

Lucky her some people can not. Just depends how bad your ME is.Our parcel taker in has had ME for 15 years having had it diagnosed at John Radcliffe. She told me to do the bed sit ups as its easier than the floor.. She drops off to sleep actually on the phone in her office at home but can manage 5 of these pre getting up.
Thank you - I think I will try the measuringI have lost 4 stones and am now at target. I empathise with your boney bottom! I notice it more in the bath, and it can hurt!! However, my weight has come off just about everywhere. I know my waist line was decreasing even though it wasn't noticeable initially because I measured it every couple of weeks. Are you doing this? You may have a surprise.

I feel like I'm eating enough protein, but I haven't tried weighing it out. I'll have to put some more thought into it.Regarding point number 2, are you eating enough protein ie 0.8-1.2 grams /Kg of body weight.?
