We can probably help with the high blood sugar levels if you give a little more information. Like what medication you take and what you are eating. As for your body odour, I think you need to see your Dr and get that checked out
With @catinahat here, you need to go see a doctor if your sweat smells like urine. Get your kidneys and the like checked out. As for the high blood sugars, we can't say much about that if we don't know what you're eating and what medication you're on. (Our advice could cause hypo's when you're on certain meds, no not being nosy, just careful). If you give more information, there's more we can do.
