Advice needed please

Ah - yes - I remember the look on the face of the person who came to complain about the things floating on top of the yogfruit we'd supplied after processing- I had taken tins of their fruit and added various concentrations of starch solution to show how the little bodies floated to the top once the density of the juice reached a certain level. I suggested that it was actually an advantage as they could be skimmed off easily before the yogfruit was mixed into each batch.
