advice on hospitals

Is there anyone here that have had any experiences/views on the children's Diabetic departments at Heartlands hospital in Birmingham or Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridge. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. I have a choice between the 2 to send my daughter. I have looked online at both.

Its best to go and review them in person. Direct experience is the best approach.
