I have type1 and my skin is very dry
Any advice on skincare products or routines would be gratefully received
Also, my hands and feet are often very cold

Hi type 2 and same happens to me
I use either vaseline intensive care moisturiser or Dove for men twice a day
re cold hands and feet wearing 2 pairs of socks and heat retaining(fluffy) socks on feet hands are a problem
coconut butter based moisturiser. when was your last foot checkup done? could try nice warm bath to help with blood circulation alongside do some hand and foot exercises to see if that helps. careful of temp dont go in too hot.
