Thank you all X I didn't check yesterday when feeling unwell I should have done but have only been given enough strips to last me until Tuesday When I checke yesterday morning before breakfast it was 6.8 nowhere near as high as yours I've looked online and it should be below 6 shouldn't it? So not bad You've all given me plenty to think about and look into and I think you're right that my body is in a kind of shock at the diet change! Previously I wouldn't eat until late morning or even lunch and then it would be rolls, crisps maybe a cake Sometimes just a big bag of crisps and a packet of sweets outside school!! Evening meal would be about 9 ish and could be anything from meat and veg to take away ! Now I have breakfast lunch and dinner and think about what I have Weetabix or special K a Wholemeal wrap with ham and salad for lunch and salad or veg with meat and a few new pots for dinner Snacks are fruit or carrots Hopefully today will be ok
