you do of course need to get checked out by your GP as already wisely suggested.
if it helps in the meantime -
tiredness can be a symptom, yes, but also can be a symptom of lots of things
itchy lady bits is a fairly common symptom, but can also happen if you are run down for some other reason
itchy hands and feet - not heard of that as a symptom
not being able to lose weight - this certainly isn't a symptom of Type 1 diabetes, could possibly be linked to Type 2, but again many many other factors could be in play here.
How thirsty are you? Many of us become hugely, insanely, bucket-emptyingly thirsty when blood sugars are high. If you are drinking all the time and thinking about drinking even when you are not drinking, and going for a wee all the times you aren't actually drinking, and sometimes sitting on the toilet drinking out of a bottle and weeing at the same time....that's a very common symptom of diabetes!
If you are thirsty all the time, go to the doctor (obviously), and in the meantime make sure you only drink water and diet drinks - not sugary drinks, as they will only make things worse.
Good luck! If you are diabetic, there are lots of us here willing to help.
