Hi everyone,
Over the last few months my BS levels have slowly but gradually been coming down. My last HbA1c 2 weeks ago had gone down from 7.4 to 6.6 so i was really pleased
Although i know there is still work to do!
During the last 24-48 hrs i have really struggled to keep my levels above 4mmol :? - i'm not doing or eating anything other than what i do normally, other than reducing my insulin in an attempt to correct the levels and I don't feel ill but i am really exhausted as I've been really busy with work and didn't go to bed 'till 3 (and up again at 7)this morning trying to get my levels above 4!
All this would be worrying in normal circumstances but i go on holiday (New Zealand) on Friday and i am a bit concerned with the low BS levels and also the various time differences-although i have done this trip before with no problems at all.
I am just after a bit of advice and i am hoping someone will help me to understand what is going on.
Thanks
Shelly
