Advice re management of type two

Any ideas anyone? When I was diagnosed I was under a tremendous amount of stress and was getting heart palpitations they checked my heart etc which was fine but then told me that I was a type two.</p><p></p><p>Re the cholesterol I do take omega 3 tablets (fish oil) every day however I have started to eat more nuts and seeds after meals to slow down sugar release due to their low GI properties. I am not sure if the fat in them is good or bad and whether I should replace them with something else...if so what?</p><p></p><p>I am considering taking more supplements but there seems to be a wde range of recommendations including cinnamon, ginger, chronium and others again suggestions welcome.</p><p></p><p>Is there any one out there that may be able to shed some light on my dilemmas?
