Advice?

Thanks Just Laura and Jayne15. My Levels have been down, and I haven't yet been to the hospital for My HBA1C. But mum says she knows that its down because of levels and because its the Easter Break she's taking me to Horseworld. Thankyou guys, I wouldn't have done it withot you!
 
Try not to limit yourself to the usual three meals a day. Instead, consider adding three snacks to your day as well--then toning down your meals so that they are all relatively light.
