Glad you had a good time.
But totally agree I find holidays harder. Best solution is to go to a hotel with a buffet, easy peasy.
But if not breakfast fairly easy, cooked one just egg, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, I take some green teabags as I only drink soy milk and most places don't have it, if they do then it is sweetened. Now lunch is the hard one if we are having a pub lunch, salad a good choice, or I take some almonds or walnuts and a couple of peices of 90% chocolate, or an atkins premixed shake and eat that before we go in. Evening meals I just don't have the pots/rice and ask for extra veg, obviously wouldn't pick a pie!
Thank goodness red wine is ok!
It is worth it though.
