Names Janie B, diabetic for a few years and I live in Lancashire currently.
Cant remember what my Hm level is but nursey seems pleased also my chol is very good apparently.
I am type 2, have high BP which is under control, have a water retention left leg that I take tablets for.
dont tend to test too often as I dont want it to rule my life.
I have an exercise cycle and x trainer and have in the last month used them and shocked myself as I've actually toned up and lost weight.
Need to loose about five stone in weight but I'm tall so people are shocked when I tell them my weight lol.
I sing and play in a band and I also model and do PR for a designer down in London.
Oh and I write blogs as well about well everything.
