Thanks for your reply, I was diagnosed in the October and was pregnant 8 months later. My daughter will be 1 at the end of March. She keeps me motivated and gives me a purpose to fully look after my diabetes properly, being a young mum puts things into perspective. I eat mostly everything I just need to adjust my insulin as needed, I haven’t seen a diabetic nurse since last March when I had my daughter, because of covid. When I was pregnant I was at my clinic twice a week and I had some scares. Do you have any favourite things you like to eat in your low carbs? I would be interested in knowing some new and things, being in all the time I eat a lot of the same foods. Thanks Nadia
