Aggresive episode

Hello,

I think I maybe diabetic but really not sure

Im exploring all avenues at the moment, but Ive been having a few aggresive outbursts at friends and family over the past few months, followed imediatly by a deep sleep. When I come round I have no recollection of what Ive said. Its hurting my friends and family and Im worried.

Today I had no breakfast and midmorning launched into an aggressive outburst on my husband(for no reason). I then drank half a pint of coke and a j20, and had like an out of body experience. My husband said I was just staring into space for about 15 minutes. I was aware of where I was but was lathargic and unable to communicate.I then fell asleep for 45 mins and have been completly drained all day.

My husband reminded me of the abuse I gave him this morning which to be honast I cannot remember word for word saying, although I know I was aggressive.

Other sysmptoms I experience are cramp in my feet daily, thirst and tiredness.

I dont know what to do.
 
Get yourself to the doctor's for a test ASAP. Both high and low blood sugar levels can cause mood swings, and you do have some classic symptoms of diabetes. It may be another illness that needs treating, so don't put off making an appointment.

DEfinitely get yourself checkes out. You are worried enough to ask here, so it must be worth doing.

I will call the doctors on Monday morning and ask for an appointment.
