Hi, I'm finding having diabetes very confusing so far. Lots of different information from so called specialists. I'm going on holiday to Jamaica in July and I've asked my doctor but not got a clear answer. Is there any special requirements relating to diabetics and flying, ie bg testing, meds etc. Insurance changes. It's all so new and difficult to get a straight answer.

Diabetes UK have a page all about flying if you go on their website. They also offer travel insurance so you know you're covered.
That's who I go with.
