I have to admit I’m curious about why you’re asking (no judgement!!) my reason being, even on a flight you should have all your equipment with you to eat and bolus for any snacks you like. Are you concerned about anything in particular that makes you want something low carb? Might help readers to address your question better if we knew a bit more

Hey thanks for the response,
main reason being I'm not a
Regular traveller by plane, I do like to snack between meals but usually keep it to the standard diabetic friendly things and sometimes in new or different situations I can get a bit nervous which would affect my bloods hence the question.

Again, not an experience flyer since being diagnosed so really just wanted to know what people might travel with, I ended up with a sandwich my partner bought and some crackers and mixed
Fruit and berries and these lasted me well as it was only a 4 hour journey I ended up just eating some fruits snd my berries.

Thanks!

Being T1 since the age of 3(now 57), things have kept changing over the decades. Saying that, my goto now is jellybabies for hypo, Nairns Ginger Oat biscuits, they now come in a box of 4 separate packs, each containing 4 biscuits( used to 5 biscuits per pack!).
Each biscuit contains 6.6g carbohydrate. Slow sustainable energy!
Hope that helps

Hey thanks for the response! Those ginger oat biscuits are my favourites I was hoping for something that would leave less
Crumbs all over me lol I settled on some crackers and mixed fruit and it worked well

Thanks again!
