Alcohol intolerant

Hello. I'm alcohol intolerant if I have just a tiny drop of any alcohol my face starts burning and feels very tight. I really haven't drank any alcohol for a long time. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem? I have a friend that has the same problem and is diabetic. Was thinking could this be a link to diabetes in anyway.

When I drink alcohol I become very intolerant.
But no physical effect.

Never heard of anyone else suffering like that ! Probably just an allergy, unrelated to diabetes. Unless this started since diagnosis ? That would be my worst nightmare lol !

Most people (including non-diabetics) can experience facial flushing when consuming to much alcohol, can't see it having anything to do with your diabetes Lilliepops ..........unless this problems has only come about since your diagnoses with diabetes.
