I have been low carbing for a few months and my weight has dropped from 14.2 to 12.1stone, which I am really happy with, however the other week I went out for a night and drank a quite a few Vodka & diet cokes.. The day after I weighed myself and appeared to have put on 4lb, is this expected when drinking any alcohol, it seemed to take the rest of the week to loose it, and I didnt cheat regarding eating habits
