Sounds good. I wonder if we'll get it here .I'm in Budapest at the moment, so not sure if this is just a local thing, but I've found the most delicious low carb bread in Aldi and thought I should spread the word. It's lower in carbs than Lidl's high protein rolls, and tastes quite a bit better imo. I took a picture of the label so you could see for yourselves, but it works out at 6.1g carbohydrates (szenhidrat) per 100g. That's as compared to 8.5g carbs per 100g for the Lidl protein rolls, which you incidentally can't find here at all.
Edit: it's a 300g loaf.
What is the lowest carb bread product in UK?
You will find if you have a look at any of those links, you will see various low carbs breads, so it's not a bullsh!t article. And the result is a bullsht article. Anything else?
Lidl's High Protein rolls are still the best in terms of price and availability, as far as I can tell. There is a link in there for a 'keto roll' that seems less carby pound for pound, but at £3.50 it seems a bit rich for my blood, pun intended.
I'll get round to making my own one day, but I quite enjoy stocking up in Lidl every week. I also recommend their cottage cheese as a very cheap low carb option.
Hi lo bread is 5g carb per slice - sainsburys and ocado sell it. Its the lowest carb edible sliced bread ive foundAnd the result is a bullsht article. Anything else?

Will definitely check these Lidl's rolls, they say they are 8.5% carbs? which is decent.
The only thing is that I cannot make toasties with them?
Wow, how did I miss that? You might have just changed my life a little bit.
Currently trying Tesco protein bread 10gms carbs per sliceWow, how did I miss that? You might have just changed my life a little bit.
Depends on your tolerance I guess, but most people seem to eat half a roll at a time. The pro move is to bulk buy the rolls, cut them in half and then freeze them.
