hello all,

a question i hope someone can answer.

I ordered an alert wristband for myself last week using the online shop.
it has not arrived as yet does anyone know how long it takes for them to arrive as i thought it would have come through the post by now.

Depends where you ordered it from - I've ordered a couple from a USA site (because they have prettier colours ) and the delivery is 2 - 3 weeks IIRC. If it's a UK site it should be quicker - but there should be some guide on the site to tell you the usual delivery time.

I bought my daughter's one from here:

it's an american site so delivery is 2 - 3 weeks but they do any colour you want - which matters to a 6 year old girl!

thanks for the replies. The wristband was purchased from this site.
It has now arrived no problems, i have it registered with all my details and other stuff.
