...is either a new cap for my lancing device, or a new lancing device. Maybe I am just too stupid, but I have struggled to get either. Several Chemists told me I need to buy a new Meter just to get a lancing device. How stupid and expensive and wasteful is this. I would like it to fit the case in which I keep my meter/strips/lancets...but hey!

My Lifescan One Touch Ultra lancer broke internally, so I emailed the support section of the company and they sent a new lancer by return of post no charge no delivery cost.

I had a problem with my fastclix lancet, I phoned Roche and they sent a replacement the next day(I called at 2pm!!) they also sent me pre-payed envelope so I could send the broken lancet back too them so they could check why it broke? I always get good service from them and there meters are great.
