@madusmacus I expect you could be doing 2 things better to keep yourself interested in great food 1) You say you are a crook cook - that is good because you have a reason to learn to be a great locarb cook and all learning is interesting. Everyone is capable of learning so just make up your mind to do it. That way you can make it all fun as you have your successes and learn from your flops. It is a game where you do not always win.. But like any game you are out to win. 2) Try knocking out only major carbs with no counting carbs and normalise the hi fats (less). That way the variety of food is pretty much endless. What we did, and are still learning to do is adapt recipes to lo carb But not only that What we opted for was only 4 special main ingredients. Coconut flour, almond meal/flour and Xanthan Gum fake cooking sugar Tasty additives always on hand are desiccated coconut, crushed peanuts, frozen mixed berries, dark chocolate cooking bits. diet jelly, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, curry powder, diet cola, diet orange and lemonade, cocoa., cashews, yogurt, Foam spray cream, glace cherries, Asian stir fry sauces. You must admit boring would be gone. I will post some pics next
