I have managed to limit the rise in my HBA1C to only two points :- from 50-52
The rest of my diabetic review results were excellent
Good day all round
The gain in weight (3kg) and high BP were to be expected as the first lockdown threw my routine off by a huge amount.
Not a good idea, for someone who has Asperger Syndrome.
I fully expect to be back on course over coming months.
Having moved into a new flat, properly settled in.
