HI What is vlchf? I have to eat my low carb diet because I had an autoimmune reaction in 1957 and do not restart my hormones (we produce hormones which produce insulin resistance most of the time) when my bodies blood sugar gets too high I stop the hormones. I am supposed to restart the hormones during the insulin release. I don't and I either have an emergency start of the release when I get very low sugar or if I have my release while I am still somewhat insulin resistant I get tired as my body struggles to restart the hormones. In my (web site, not allowed to give name) I point out that if my theories are correct (so far all my feedback from medical professionals is awe, no, it is obvious, if you think as long as I have) is that all type 2 diabetics can control their diabetes with diet (that means you). I also point out that 1 person with my type of reactive hypoglycemia eats a slowly digesting starch and feels fine. Further the American Indians who have the symptoms of "hunter" ate an orignal corn which was hard to digest.
