ally1,s BS levels

Ally you have proved that changing your diet and testing regularly is the way to get your diabetes under control very well done you are an inspiration to all the new members x
 
Well done on all the hard work.. And it is hard to have to change your life when everyone else around you seems to be getting away with all the carbs xxx
 
half hour before tea testing i had a square of chocolate
pre tea 6.9, after 7.3
 
If you know your tolerances Ally it doesn't stop you having a small bit.. With a small increase like that, a square has been tolerated well!!
 
i have bloods on 30th january and diabetic nurse on 14th january

i meant the bloods are on the 30th december

Good luck Ally, but it would have been better to have had the bloods first so your nurse had the results in front of her! That's the usual way of doing things. I would like to be a fly on the wall when she sees your results.

Good results Ally. So pleased to see the success you are having to get these figures down.

I think you have made amazing changes to your eating regime to achieve these and you don't give yourself enough credit for making these changes.

Do ensure that you do have some nice snacks over christmas. Like u have found 1 sq choc was ok.. Its only when the increase in qty occurs that levels also climb.

Where did these numbers come from? can't be from you Ally, your not testing the cat instead are you?

Well done, its all starting to be working for you now Ally. You must smile when you see these on your meter.

i am over the moon with my results
still trying to get the fasting one down, though thats slowly dropping
