Ally - you must look back at your early posts and wonder who that person was. And those hospital stays must seem like bad dreams. Don't ever lose sight of how far you have come.

When are you next due to see your Doc or Nurse? I bet you look forward to it now, rather than dread it.

i remember back in may 2014, my readings were in the high 20.s and early 30.s
 
Gosh ally, see how far you have come since May? !! It's not easy and YOU have done it
 
As your last testing was January I would imagine that you should really be checked at 6 monthly.

My GP sends out leters and forms every year on our birthdays.

Make a note of it Ally to find out at some point when your next check up/review is.

They did a care plan for you didn't they?

Just come back to check up on you!, but no need your doing so well, I've run out of words to describe how well. It is truly amazing how far you have traveled and you have worked hard at this.

How's the weight going, I would imagine that it is moving down looking at those numbers, and the fasting are slowly coming down.

I'ts great. You have got to be really proud of yourself.
