Back to lower numbers Ally. Bet your weight will be less at next weigh in too... Well done on getting back to reduced numbers. Even more so because it was only 6 months ago that you were still having the odd blip A&E Incidents.
So well done, so very proud of you for returning those results back down to the 6's!!

i did have 2 slices of toast but wasn,t as high as i expected

Hi Ally, what bread was it because, whilst your starting figure was high, if you look at your actual rise it was only 1.7 which is within the recommended limit of 2.0.

am using the accu chek monitor so will see what difference that is against the codefree

The accu chek will probaby read lower Ally, so don't be concerned if your levels appear to go up when you go back to Codefree
