I saw it in Holland & Barrett but it was £9.99 a bag so I didn't bother!Can anyone please tell me where they purchase their almond flour from ?
Also is glutton free flour ok to use ?

Gluten free flour is very high carb so not a good idea.

Just different name for different country.Ground almonds are a bit more coarse for baking than the actual flour but once they've been through the food blender it's as you said exactly the same product.
