Just figuring what's good and what's not to eat. I read that almond nuts are very good and can actually help lower cholesterol, so is almond nut butter ok? anyone else eat this? (obviously the type that's 100% almonds and no suger etc)... i bought a jar and it's just like peanut butter but better! :)

Where did you get this stuff?
I've never heard of it, but am interested in trying.

If you doing low carb and combine this with increased fat levels, butter is probably the best (especially from grass feed cows) for everyday use, stop using margarines and other spreadable stuff usually to much carbs. The Swedish LCHF movement includes some experienced doctors (including the one in the link I've included).

There is also a yummy cashew nut butter from Sainsburys (other supermarkets are available) but slightly higher in carbs so I just have a smaller bit to spread on my Burgen toast. :)
