Why not test them out? Take a reading then eat your almonds with berries then wait 2 hours and test again. The difference between the two readings will tell you if those foods prove to be acceptable to you as an individual.
You probably need to decide on a level of carbs that you want from your food and start to look at the labels on packaging.
Salted roasted almonds are about 10% carbs so if you are happy with a food that is 10% carbs then they may be ok. The other test would be to eat some on their own testing your blood sugar before and 1 and 2 hours afterwards to see what sort of rise in blood sugar you get.
