Does almonds lower cholesterol? Bad cholesterol or good? How many almonds would it take to have any affect?

Thanks Karen. I will be trying almonds to see if it works - probably turn me into a nutter.

Well join the club then :-)

There are other foods that are supposed to help with cholesterol levels, oats, garlic, onions, walnuts, etc
