@Kezziej Koko Coconut Milk is tasty and dairy freeIt's got 1.9g carbs per 100ml but there are various versions you can get so that varies.

I've just gone and got some alpro bits and lactofree cream, so I'm a very happy girl that I have those options, so thank you all so much! I've only started today with low carbs, out of interest how long did it take for you guys to feel better?
