Alternatives To Micropore Tape

I've just got my Blucon Nightrider, and I bought some cheap microporous tape - Asda own brand - to hold it in place. It seems to be damaging the skin (especially on the inside of my arm) when I remove it, even after less than 24 hours.

Can anyone suggest an alternative that is equally effective but less damaging to the skin?
 
I have never had problems with micropore.
I wonder if the problem is the removal - do you make sure the tape is very wet and pull it off slowly?
Another thought is whether you are pulling the hairs on your arm. I think I have read someone suggesting shaving the area before applying a CGM to make it easier to remove.

Or you could be allergic to the Micropore.
 
Opsite Flexifix is what I changed to when my skin started reacting to Micropore tape. I bought it on Amazon but then my doctor gave me a prescription for it.
 
Opsite is good, forget Amazon, way too many people trying to make excessive profit there. I get mine from the local chemist, not for a sensor but for covering topical skin numbing cream, (big wuss with needles)
 


I've been using these Molnlycke Mepore 7 x 8 cm plasters, about 17p each from most Boots.

Been using them for about a year and not had any reactions - the adhesive seems quite mild.

 
Thanks, good thoughts there. I don't think it's the hair. Good tip about wetting it, although with the Nightrider not being waterproof, I'm not sure how practical that'll be. An I don't think it's an allergy (although i could be wrong), as it only seems to be problematic on the underside, where the skin is more delicate.

I think I'll give the Mepore a go, as @Scott-C suggests.
