Always looking for a great Food item...

I really fancied some yoghurt the other day so I got the diet Irish yoghurt ones that have live probiotics in them. Seemed o after lunch, but spiked me greatly at breakfast. But now I really want a live probiotic substance (cos I do).

Each little bar only contains 6.3g carbs and 5.8g sugars but live probiotic cultures too. So gonna have a bar in a mo and report later. Reasonably expensive though, but if nice and no great spikes then worth it for a treat.

Also, as I am joining the gym this weekend I wanted to eat something for energy, but most of the protein bars and shakes all contain a little to much carbs for my liking, I found this I the same place:

So again will try and see what happens.

Ok, I have had the OHSO bar and it tasted really good actually, i was surprised, very nice, I felt like a giant though as it has micro chunks :lol: each little chunk was like 3/4mm about 30 chunks.

Will see BG in about an hourish, was 4.8 before I ate it.
 
Right, so started at 4.8 before OHSO bar, 1 hour later 5.9 and 2 hours later 5.6. Not bad at all really.. It is late and would not normally have something like that at this time, usually lunch time which I always appear to cope better with carbs.
