I live on my own so I get used to seeing and accepting thing in my home that others might think odd

Today is ‘medication day’ as I call it so have all my stuff ready

So I have an unexpected visitor.. invite them in.. they look at my coffee table and ask if I’m a junkie.. must have thought I had a good night last night

Yep, "Trainspotting."

I was caught out & tagged a junkie at college.

Like your coffee table, though.

@searley Forget the junkie stuff! Do you have a book about WD40?

It was my nickname at my senior school!

Used to use those syringes as water pistols.
WD40 the cure for everything. Almost as good as coconut oil.

I like it it’s a chest on wheels

Now i see the potential for rigging up some sort of mechanism to hide your gear on the next raid. (sorry "visitor.")
Just hit a switch & the top flips stowing your stuff discreetly out of sight?

A little like the prohibition "Speakeasy's" in 1920s US..

No that’s for the assault rifle!

Yep I was known as “ main liner “ when I was apprentice ,

My preference is Litium grease. Especially on older automotive doors? The check strap can seem to protest on movement.?

I am I fully qualified master locksmith if 23 years.. and I know what’s preferred in the trade

This bottle has about the same qualifications as WD40, and it's my go to for a more festive hypo. They should add this use to the list to sell more, I think .
Yes, I's alcohol, but a small sip is enough to treat a hypo so it works well

The label says:
"Stops squeaks
Drives out moisture
Removes and protects
Loosens what is stuck
Frees sticky brains
Loosens the tongue"

Wonder where they stole that!

I got the bottle gifted by a non-D friend, which puzzled me, as obviously it's not something I can drink, really.
Turned out I had vastly underestimated her. When I told her I liked the gesture, but well, diabetes, she answered: "Oh, you just wait for your next hypo and then you'll understand why this is a perfect present".

It's definitely one of the most thoughtful things someone did for me regarding my diabetes!

WD40 the ultimate lube .....oerrr missus
