To me, if you need help because you have severe health needs impacting on your abilities.. Then yes, apply for disability anything. It has to be severe though..Anybody else is not to me disabled.. There are too many people getting disability or Carers allowances that really do not deserve them. I have lots of peoplearound my town that are just on the take..and it makes me angry when I looked after myself and I do know someone the same age etc, type 1 the same length of time as me.. And they are on every benefit... And I work...
